Design, Build, Integrate Approach
We Design. The most critical step of the design process begins with understanding the customer and their needs. We have meetings to understand their scope, constraints, layout, and objectives. After this, we design the cell. Robots, end-of-arm-tooling, and safety sensors are selected, a 3d model is made, and we are ready to begin the build phase.
We Build. From here, the build of the automation cell is carried out at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our in-house team carries out the assembly, wiring, testing, and robot programming of the cell.
We Integrate. Once the build is complete and the customer approves the cell, we integrate. We ship and install the cell onto their production floor and ensure that everything works properly. We also train the customer’s selected employees on operating and maintaining the system.
