Automated Screwdriving Solution

We combined our two core competencies, fastening and automation, to create a pre-engineered automated screwdrivng cell. The cell comes turnkey with everything needed to integrate right into your production line.

For these cells, we utilize Fanuc cobots and ESTIC transducerized torque tools. These companies are leaders in their respective industries and have a reputation for making the highest quality robots and tools.

Advantages of Automated Screwdriving

Automated screwdriving improves production efficiency by consistently performing fastening tasks faster and more reliably than manual assembly. It reduces variability, ensuring each screw is tightened to the correct torque every time, which improves product quality and decreases rework or warranty issues.

Our pre-engineered screwdriving cell provides all the benefits of automation with minimal setup effort. Because the cell is based on a standardized structure, lead times are shorter and engineering hours are reduced, lowering costs for your project. Additionally, the flexibility to select the robot, tool, and screw presentation method ensures the system meets your specific process requirements.

Customization

We know that fastening applications are not "one size fits all." That's why we combine the advantages of pre-engineered automation cells with the level of customization needed for highly efficient fastening.

Our general cell structure remains consistent, but the robot, tool, and screw presentation method are all configurable. The Fanuc CRX model is chosen based on the reach needed and the ESTIC tool is selected to meet precise torque requirements. Optionally, a screwfeeder or blow feed system is integrated if the screws are not placed in the workpieces beforehand.
