Our Robotic Screwdriving Highlights

We integrated a Yamaha cartesian robot with a Desoutter smart tool for precision tightening with low cycle times.

This automated rivnut cell picks rivnuts from a bowl feeder and uses machine vision to identify the location of each insertion point.

We custom-engineered this semi-automated 10 spindle lug secure system drastically reduces the time required to tighten all the bolts.
Robotic Screwdriving Overview
A robotic screwdriving cell is made up of a robot and a smart fastening tool. Optionally, machine vision and screwfeeders can also be integrated depending on the application and throughput requirements.
There are many different configurations of a screwdriving robot. Both the robot and the tightening tool are selected based on the throughput and torque requirements of your application.
A screwdriving robot can benefit your manufacturing process by improving throughput, decreasing production costs, and increasing quality. If you would like to learn more about the ROI of a screwdriving robot, fill out our contact form or check out our screwdriving ROI article below.
