TUNGSTEN BUCKING BARS Switching to Tungsten bucking bars represent an easy way to improve ergonomics in an aerospace manufacturing or MRO plant. Southwestern PTS represents two different manufacturers of Tungsten bucking bars. We can help you select an existing model that matches your application, or we can develop a tungsten bar from your engineered drawing. Tungsten is 2.5 times the density of steel. That density tends to absorb most of the vibration that is normally transferred to the operator.
